Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and deliveries between Phone Heaven Zone and the customer.

Order

By submitting an order, the customer confirms their interest in purchasing the selected products. The contract is only concluded once Phone Heaven Zone has confirmed the order and payment has been received.

Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Euro and include VAT for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. For other countries, no VAT is currently charged. Our primary currency is Euro, but the prices for each product are converted into the local currency based on the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. The local currencies include:

Payment is made in advance via the provided payment method. In the event of payment delay, Phone Heaven Zone reserves the right to charge reminder fees and default interest.

Shipping and product prices are based on EUR and are adjusted according to the current exchange rates for CHF, USD, GBP, CAD, NZD, and AUD. Prices are displayed on the website in the respective local currency.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia is free of charge. We offer free worldwide shipping with no additional costs. Additionally, we also provide paid options for faster shipping and insured shipping to ensure quicker delivery and added protection.
