As soon as you place an order, it is automatically processed and immediately shipped, and that's from Monday to Sunday.
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please contact us if you have received goods that are wrong, missing, and/or defective. Send us your order number, photos of the item, and all relevant information as soon as you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank to inquire about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
