Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 90 days without providing any reason. Regardless of whether the item is defective or not, you may initiate a return. Please contact our customer support to start the return process. The withdrawal period is 90 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple items in a single order, the withdrawal period starts when you or your designated third party have received the last item.

It is sufficient for the withdrawal period if you send the notice of withdrawal before the deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 7 business days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than 90 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 90-day period. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

This may include unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Used:

This may include products that have been slightly used or opened.

No Restocking Fee:

No restocking fee is charged for product returns.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange for a return or, if the customer agrees, they may keep the item, and we will send a replacement free of charge upon request.

Incorrect Model

If you receive a different model than the one ordered, please notify us immediately. We will facilitate the return and ensure that you receive the correct model.

If your item is not shipped within 90 days of the order date, you are entitled to a full refund.
